INDWELLING AND CREATIVITY

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, (Eph. 3:16-17).
“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart
bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” (Lk. 6:45).

The indwelling word of God puts the creative power on our tongue, making anything we declare according to divine counsel to come to pass. Christ is the same as the word, which means that when we have God’s word inside of us we have Christ inside us, and having Him inside us makes us kings and gods that have the power to create. True kings and gods are those the word of God dwells richly in them, and when they decree and declare a thing, heaven backs it up.

We know the popular story in Act 3: 2-4, about the encounter of Peter and John with the lame man at the beautiful gate. This lame man thought that what he needed most was money, without realizing that what he truly needed was the miracle of being recreated, well, he must
have felt it was an impossibility, which is why even when the men with an indwelling power to create were before him, he could not recognize them; he only expected money from them.
However, Peter and John seeing what he needed most they said to him “you were expecting what you wanted from us, but we will give you what you really needed.” Notice how Peter went about it; he said to the man “look on us.” you may ask, what does “looking on us” has to do with the situation on ground? By asking the lame man to look on them, Peter wanted him to come in contact with the source of creative power (Christ) that indwells them. The moment that was done, they declared the word, and it came to pass. The same creative power is in you. You can start recreating your entire life if you are not satisfied with what you see there, open your mouth now and begin to call those things that are not as though they were, call into existence what you want to see happen in
your life and it will come to pass in JESUS name!
