OUR SURE DEFENDER

“For the Lord your God is he who goes with you to
fight for you against your enemies, to give you the
victory.” (Deut. 20:4)

It is very dangerous to rise up against a true child
of God. It is deadly to fight against anyone who has
the backing of heaven. They may not fight you back
or speak back at you, but in their quietness they are
very powerful, because that’s when the ONE that
watches over them is called up for their defence.
The Lord fights for us wholeheartedly when we stand
still. Standing still is a posture that says,
“Lord, this is
your battle, not mine, I am weak, but you are strong,
therefore fight for me while I hold my peace.” God
goes all out at any time we respond to our enemies
with this kind of posture, and we can be sure of
victory. He knows how to cause our enemies to make
a costly mistake that can bring them down for good.
May the Lord give you victory over anyone that have
risen up against you in Jesus name, Amen!
