THE NAME OF THE LORD

“Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.” (Ps.91:14).

The biggest threat to human existence as of today is COVID-19. The number of cases and fatality continues to rise as we speak. The utmost thing in the heart of everyone is how to stay safe and alive until this is over.
Psalm 91:14 gives us two sure ways that we can survive this pandemic:
#1. BY LOVING THE LORD: If there is a time we must not get careless with our walk with God, it’s now. If we love Him by staying obedient to Him, then our deliverance is guaranteed. #2. KNOWING THE EFFICACY OF THE NAME OF THE LORD: The name of JESUS is a strong tower that protects the righteous (Prov.18:10). The name of JESUS is above all names, including COVID-19 (Phil.2:9), and every knee bows at the name of JESUS (Phil.2:10).
Whenever we apply the name of JESUS, it activates the power of protection that sets us higher above whatever it is that we are facing. May the LORD continue to set us higher above this virus in Jesus name. Amen!
