WAITING ON THE LORD

“Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!” (Psalm 31:24).

It takes the strong and courageous in heart to wait on the Lord. Waiting on God for instruction, a breakthrough, or miracle can be a very hard thing to do, and the reasons are simple – “His ways are not our ways; and thoughts not our thoughts.” (Isa.55:8). This is why we often find it difficult to be on the same page with God when it comes to timing (2Peter 3:8). As hard as waiting on God is, the bottom line remains that it worth it waiting on Him, because our waiting cannever be in vain. God still makes all things beautiful in His time (Ecc.3: 11). One of the miracles of waiting on God is that God redeems that very time
we waited on Him, in such a way that it will never appear to us as a wasted time. May the Lord give you the strength and a courageous heart you need to wait on Him in JESUS name. Amen!
